Before You Drop Off Your Vehicle

Before dropping off your vehicle, please ensure you have:

✓ Completed this form
✓ Brought any available keys
✓ Removed all personal belongings, including e-tags
✓ Removed your number plates
✓ Left the owner’s manual and service history (if available)
