Jo joined the Kids Under Cover Board in 2026, bringing extensive experience in brand-led growth, strategy and governance across large, regulated and purpose-led organisations.

She is a senior leader with a track record of driving sustainable growth and operating model transformation, most recently through senior leadership roles at AustralianSuper, where she led enterprise-wide brand, marketing and member growth during a period of significant scale, regulatory change and transformation.

Jo currently holds director roles across not-for-profit and member-based organisations and brings a strong focus on governance, risk oversight and stakeholder engagement. She is particularly committed to purpose-led decision-making that delivers long-term community impact.

Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations), a Master of Marketing, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
