Head of Assets and Development

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Urban Design and Town Planning, a foundation that shaped a career-long conviction that the built form has a profound impact on the people who inhabit it.

That conviction has guided her across more than a decade of project management and development roles as well as directing a multi-venue hospitality group. In each context, her focus remained the same: creating spaces that work for the people inside them.

Chloe joined Kids Under Cover in 2023 and has recently stepped into the role of Head of Assets and Development. It is a role that allows her to apply her skills to inform spaces that matter most, for young people who deserve nothing less than a home that gives them somewhere to grow.
