Joshua is a seasoned public sector leader with professional experience in youth work, policy development, and advocacy.

He is currently employed by a member of parliament, where he oversees strategy, stakeholder engagement, and staff management.

Joshua has worked in youth support roles for Anchor Inc and Anglicare Victoria, contributing to programs that empower young people to achieve stability and independence.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Politics and International Relations/History) from the University of Melbourne, and a Juris Doctor from Monash University.

Joshua joined the Kids Under Cover Board in October 2025, and brings deep insight into government relations and the out-of-home care sector.
