Keith Waters

Head of Impact

Keith Waters has worked across the community services sector for more than 40 years, with a particular focus on improving outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and families.

As Head of Impact at Kids Under Cover, Keith leads work across Programs, Innovation, Advocacy and Philanthropy, helping to strengthen KUC’s impact, grow evidence-informed responses to youth homelessness and influence the systems that shape young people’s lives.

Throughout his career, Keith has held senior executive and leadership roles with organisations including Anglicare in NSW and the ACT, and The Salvation Army in Melbourne. He has also authored and co-authored a number of significant reports that have contributed to youth policy and youth homelessness.

Keith brings broad experience across youth services, housing and homelessness, alcohol and other drugs, crisis services, Out-of-Home Care and child protection, family violence, disability services, childcare, aged care, primary health care and youth justice.
