Jo Swift - CEO
Jo started at Kids Under Cover in February 2003 as the Communications and Events Manager. She has worked in private enterprise with focus on the exhibition and display industry. In 2002 Jo completed formal study in Public Relations at RMIT.
In late 2004, Jo was promoted to General Manager of Kids Under Cover. Her main focus in on ensuring the smooth running of day to day operation while actively promoting the organisation within the community.
Jo has been transitioning for the most part of 2007 into her new role as CEO and she officially became the CEO when the Board endorsed her on 28 October 2007.
Kathryn McKeough - Operations Manager
Kathryn joins Kids Under Cover bringing with her a wealth of experience in high level administration, human resources and legal compliance within the Not For Profit industry.
Lucy Mickleburgh - Marketing & Fundraising Manager
Lucy completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing & Management) degree at Monash University in 2003. Shortly after, she headed to the UK where she worked for the Children's Fund as Project and Marketing Officer for three years.
Returning home in 2005, Lucy worked as Events Manager at Plan over the course of the Commonwealth Games where Plan was the Goodwill Partner. Lucy was then offered an opportunity to coordinate the Leukaemia Foundation's national fundraising event, World's Greatest Shave, which she did for 2 years. Lucy brings much fundraising, events and marketing experience to the team.
Patrick Caruana - Program Manager
Patrick has extensive experience in the youth and community sector. His career started 30 years ago when Patrick was 15 years old.
Patrick has also worked in the private sector, various government departments, the building industry, aged care, the restaurant trade and most recently, in the youth housing sector. He has a Grad. Cert. and Grad. Dip in Social Science with a major in Housing Management and Policy from Swinburne.
Patrick brings a huge array of skills to the Kids Under Cover programs department and management team.

Nancy Hanley - Scholarship Program Coordinator
Nancy brings great knowledge, enthusiasm and welfare experience in coordinating Kids Under Cover's Scholarship Program. Nancy undertakes various research projects around youth issues including the Impact and Housing Surveys.
With a Masters in Community Development, Nancy has 5 years experience working with young people in various capacities as a Youth Worker, a Creative Arts Therapist and a Researcher. Nancy is passionate about young people having the opportunity to shine.
Amanda Fiasco - Program Coordinator
Amanda joined the Kids Under Cover program department in 2007 as Program Coordinator, bringing invaluable knowledge and experience in the areas of family, youth and children services.
Having a degree in Bachelor of Arts/Human Services, Amanda has worked across several programs for local and State Goverment and recently worked on the National Youth Week program. In her current role, Amanda has a passion for assisting families who are in need of a KUC bungalow. She coordinates applications from inception to construction and collaborates with our community service organisations to maintain our positive relationships

Shona McNeill - Community Fundraising and Events Coordinator
After a wonderful career in the legal industry and have pursued fundraising in her spare time working with the Royal Children's Hospital and the Anti Cancer Council, Shona brings her great passion, enthusiasm and experience to Kids Under Cover's Events and Community Fundraising areas.
Kerry Butcher - Project Coordinator
Kerry is a designer by trade, but bring many other skills to her role managing the Cubby House Challenge. She has worked in the private and government sectors both locally and overseas. Kerry is involved in many voluntary pursuits and is very passionate about Melbourne.

Glenda Haig - General Manager
Glenda joined Kids Under Cover in May 2008 as Office Manager for the Brisbane office. Glenda brings with her a wide range of skills including business process management, systems and change management and human resource management and has worked across private, public, tertiary and not-for-profit sectors.
In June 2007, Glenda graduated at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management and Human Resources with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Early in 2009, Glenda was made State Manager for QLD and was awarded the Professor Ian Frazer Humanitarian Award by the Jindalee Lions Club. This award is "In Recognition of Dedicated Commitment to Humanitarian Services for the Community".
This award was named after Professor Ian Frazer in recognition of his research into Cervical Cancer over many years and assistance to the Lions Medical Research Foundation.
She is involved in several foundations and networking groups aimed at increasing social awareness and human empowerment.
Glenda has two adult children and believes that her family is the most important part of her life. Her challenge is to evoke a sense of community where people connect with each other to build a more human society for all.
