National Board of Directors
Kids Under Cover features a Board of which most organisations would be proud to call their own. Their hard work and dedication as a collective has allowed them to achieve inspiring results.
With an average tenure of 8.5 years, this Board is focused on long-term investment in the future growth of the organisation.

Ken Morgan - Founding Patron
Without a doubt the most high profile car dealer in Australia! Ken's automotive links with national television programs turned him into a celebrity in his own right. In the late 80's, Ken was Chairman of the Variety Club of Victoria for 4 consecutive terms- the longest serving president on record
In 1989 he had a dream to build a house for homeless children who had suffered abuse- be it physical, mental or sexual. In order to do that, he had to break away from Variety and go it alone. That dream is now Kids Under Cover as we know it.
In 2000, Ken was awarded a Humanitarian Award by the Australian Humanitarian Foundation, in recognition of his work with homeless children. In 2003 Ken was awarded the Centenary Medal for his services to the community- in particular youth homelessness.

Sarah Davies - Chair
After joining the Board in December 2003, Sarah was appointed Chair of Kids Under Cover Victoria in November 2006. With a background in the tertiary education sector, Sarah established the Kids Under Cover Scholarship Scheme in 2004, which supports the young people in KUC accommodation. Sarah's passion for the work of Kids Under Cover can be explained simply by the fact that "all young people deserve to be safe, supported and loved. If we don't support and look after the children in our communities, we'll have no community or future".
Professionally, Sarah is CEO of the Melbourne Community Foundation. She is also a Director of the Skyline Education Foundation, a member of the Victorian Police Blue Light State Council and a Victorian Bail Justice. Her contribution to the community was recognised recently when she was the recipient of the 2008 BrainLink Women of Achievement Award

Ian Fullagar - Deputy Chair
Ian Fullagar has been practicing law since 1989 and is currently a commercial partner of Lander & Rogers legal firm. He advises government and commercial clients on a broad range of legal and policy related areas. Previously Ian has served on a number of boards in the private and public sectors, and is also a Vincent Fairfax Fellow. He joined the Kids Under Cover Board in 2006, and his legal expertise will be invaluable as we grow into a national organisation.

Ken Latchford - Finance Director
Ken is one of the newest members to the Board, bringing with him valuable experience in general financial management, accounting, treasury and corporate finance. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Nylex Limited. Prior to this he successfully carried out a number of senior executive roles within the former Coles Myer Group, including the General Manager Finance roles for both Coles Supermarkets and Myer Stores and was also the Group Treasurer for a number of years.
