Kids Under Cover 20th Anniversary reception at Government House, Melbourne

As part of Kids Under Cover’s 20th anniversary celebrations, we were extremely fortunate to be invited to the residence of the Governor and Mrs de Kretser at Government House, a first time for most, in October last year.

To celebrate this milestone were both past and present staff, corporate partners, major donors, government supporters and volunteers.

Special guests included Minister for Education, Bronwyn Pike who spoke about her association with Kids Under Cover; Minister Tony Robinson; and Dame Elizabeth Murdoch who has been a supporter of Kids Under Cover for many years.

It was also a great pleasure for Founding Patron, Ken Morgan, to officially announce Matthew Taylor as our first Young Ambassador.

We thank all the staff at Government House, the Governor and Mrs de Kretser for their hospitality and opening their home for the evening.
